One-on-one conversations for dads in recovery

Recovery. Fatherhood. Real conversation.

Sometimes it helps to speak with another dad who understands recovery, regret, rebuilding trust, and the work of showing up differently for our children.

I know recovery and fatherhood from the inside.

I’m David, a father with years of lived experience in recovery. I understand how addiction can affect trust, connection, co-parenting and the way we see ourselves as dads.

I offer one-on-one conversations for fathers who want an honest, understanding person to talk with. I’m not here to lecture or hand out easy answers. I’ll listen, share what I’ve learned, and help you think through what comes next.

Send me a text.
